Just got off the phone with Technical Support.

They are replacing my 3 year old blackberry phone FOR free.

Cut my bill in half for 3 phones.

Gave me features, not advertised.

AND I still have my New Every 2 upgrade.

to go online and tell everyone about the deals you recieved.

I'm sure that won't cause a bunch of customer to call in asking for those same deals, which in turn means it could not possibly get anybody in trouble.

Except, there's nothing here linking what you claim you got to any account or tech support representative. Therefor, telling us that you got any extra features would have the exact same effect as telling us exactly what those features are.

And then on top of that, you wanted to know what the best feature phone was because you didn't want to have a mandatory data plan.

That is correct. Smartphones require data plans. You need help with anything else? Let me know. Feature phones are dumbphones and don't need data plans.

No I don't need help with anything. You do because you're claiming things that don't exist, bragging about special deals you received but refuse to elaborate on and apparently have multiple credits where its only possible for you to have one.

If you have to lie about **** to make yourself feelnspecial, that's what facebook is for. This is a phone forum, most of us understand or work in the phone industry. Tall tails wont fly here.

All 3 are eligible for an upgrade. I don't have any reason to lie about it. I wouldn't get enough of a dopamine rush to lie about such curious things.

So NE2 is applicable for the primary phone only?

Perhaps in my situation, it is due to holding on to my upgrades.
...
Menno

Jan 27, 2011, 12:22 AM
No. You get one ne2 period. You don't earn extra ones by keeping old equipment.

Forgetting the fact that it is impoosible for you to get whaylt your claiming off of only threelines, why should were believe you when you don't even understand your contracts?
...
youaremyhero

Jan 27, 2011, 12:25 AM
I don't think it's "period". 🙄

I wish there was someone else to confirm this. I don't find you reliable. 🙄

Primary phone has NE2 upgrade eligibility + $100 credit. Secondary phones have NE2 upgrade eligibility without $100 credit. 🙄 🙄

NE2 only applied to lines over $34.99/mo. Lines under that received upgrades call "standard upgrade." NE2 indicates a discount on top of the already discounted phone price.

New Every Two refers to the program that gives an additional discount on top of the discounted two-year pricing for a phone. New Every Two only applied to lines with a base price of $34.99/mo or higher. Originally, the discount was $100, but a few years ago it changed to $100 for lines with a base price of $80 or more per month, and $50 for those under $80/mo. Then a year and a half ago it changed to $50 for the higher plans, $30 for the lower. $20 and $9.99 family share plans never had New Every Two.

which you already used on a Dx

yet you claim that you're getting a Curve replaced (and keeping NE2 implying it's your line)

You're looking for a feature phone to use your Ne2 on (your line) because you don't want the data.

And you're waiting for a Thunderbolt (for who?)

As for brain busters, I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself.

You only get ONE NE2per family plan.

You stated you already received the dx.

All three of the phones in the family plan are NE2 Eligible. One since 2007. One since 2008. One since 2010.

I decided not to keep the Droid X.

I notice I said I and it is true because I am will be the owner of the phone and I am the one that does not want to pay for data for I am the payer of the bill. And I am I and you and I are I's.

All you can say is I am liar, but you have yet to discredit anything I have said. If I am lying, then I have created an elaborate story with no holes whatsoever. Then there's you saying no, no, and no to anything I say. So I win. Unless you give me an excerpt of their policy stating you can only have one NE2 upgrade on one phone.

Why would Verizon offer one phone to a family to renew and give your soul for 2 years?

Check their definition of ne2. And I've discredited you for several days now, I can't help it of you're too busy running in circles to see it.

And there is no winning or losing. I gain nothing by you being wrong.
