Verizon Wireless customer service is great!
They gave me a courtesy $100 in addition to my NE2 upgrade discount + credit, since there is a discrepancy in the system. HTC Thunderbolt here I come.
Currently paying about $65 for 3 people. One downgraded to $15 data plan! And I get bonus free minutes!

Well, I hate the automated messages. But there is a way to get to an operator fast. Once I connect, I always get good service.

1) The changes I made 2 weeks ago, on the phone, never went through.
2) After changing my plan, my NE2 credit, changed on the system (error).

I was even able to get an advertised feature free of charge and as an exception.
Next step: Upgrade to HTC Thunderbolt and NOT pay for a data plan.

I like 3g and the $15 data plan, because I only use email really. I only play around when I go on an internet site. I will still use twitter, download videos, and whatnot and stay far below the 150MB limit. The HTC Thunderbolt will be perfect as a WIFI device, because I am always around WIFI and my city has free WIFI for the public.

Hah! You're getting ripped off... After your posting I called Verizon and told them to read the posts you make about the deals you get. The rep came on this forum, looked at your posts and found your Verizon account. They saw the deal you were getting and I demanded a better one, so they gave me everything you're getting plus an extra $30 off/month! So I have 3 people for $35/month! Take that!

Yesterday I signed a guy up for the we pay you plan. 3 Droid Bionics, unlimited data, calling, and text, and we pay him $150 a month. Oh, and I gave him the phones for free.
