Employee Discounts & Share Plan

Can a Verizon employee or anyone in this sitution answer this...

I have an employee discount of 20% through my employer. If I want to change to a Family Share Plan (for this example, assume the 1000 minute plan of $79.99 for 2 lines), where will the discount be taken from?

Will the discount be 20% off of the $79.99 or will it only be off of $69.99 because there is no discount on the 2nd line (assuming it's $10 for the 2nd line)?

The website says that the 1000 min is $79.99 for 2 lines.

You get a discount on any plan over $34.99. That said, the service is $70 for the first phone and $9.99 for each additional phone and you would get 20% off the $70.

yep he's right....bascially what you're looking at is paying the rate plan with no taxes and minus a few more dollars. So it says 79.99, you'll pay closer to 75$. Telecommunication taxes and normal taxes is about 11.5% and may have gone up i believe to 12.1%
