A funny comment from a customer
Recently, I was in a Verizon store, and one of the customers there clearly got water into their phone. I heard the customer says this to the rep:
"There is no way that I got water into the phone. I do not even use water"
Now, that is a funny comment. Have you heard any that are even more ridiculous than this one?

I had a customer come in and hand me her phone and when I asked what was wrong with it she told me she dropped it in the toilet and wanted us to fix it. I carefully placed the phone back into her hand and said, "I'm sorry. It can't be fixed. Let' look at your replacement options..."

I've had customers claim that there is no way that their 12 yr old son could have downloaded the game on their bill because they (the woman on the phone) couldn't do it.

After reading this I do work for another company but I though I would share this customer comment. "I cannot use my phone because it gives off to much radiation! I hold it in my left hand it hurts, my right hand it hurts, on my leg it hurts and when in my pocket my hip hurts." This happened not once, not twice, but THREE times. We wanted to ask if she had been to Japan recently...

I get odd people every now and again who are convinced their phone is radiating them at a fast rate. I even saw one guy who made himself a tin foil case. They don't help your signal much.
