HELP - PRL UPDATE...In Analog Roam?
I have a friend visiting from out of town. Verizon is fairly new to my area and my friend's PRL is very old. Verizon does have a network in this area, but since my friend's PRL is so old it is saying he is in analog roam. Is there anyway to update the PRL by dialing a 1-800 number for Verizon since the *228 does not work because his phone shows him in analog roam? âšī¸

No, sorry there is no way. The only other solution would to be to go to a corporate store and have a technician do it with his computer.

Tomorrow he will be in an area where there is native Verizon Digital Coverage. He can do a PRL update tomorrow then! đ
