Let me start out by saying I did a quick search as to recent posts online and on this forum. I am interested in the Samsung Galaxy IIs but cannot see any info about when it will be released.
I saw info about the Droid Prime but I will believe it when I see it, I mean, really, OS 4.0? Skipping all levels of OS 3? Come on...
Anywho, I like the Droid Bionic, but I am holding out for the Galaxy. Anyone have any info or input?

Yeah, I have heard they decided not to carry it from the same sources that have consistently got its release date wrong, so I don't find them very trustworthy. Any reliable source for this opinion that they won't be carrying it?

That's the article I was referencing. I know its sourced by WSJ... which is probably what you were refering to by your sources...
it does however say that Verizon confirmed it with them... which is a bit different than the WSJ typical MO (read iphone 4 verizon release)
Other than that, I work for a Verizon indirect.. we're not getting the phone that I know of
