I wouldn't hold my breath.

But they have announced a CDMA RAZR coming out by the end of the year, which should have a megapixel camera and Bluetooth.

Naw, I prefer the shape of that one, it kinda riminds me of my V710, but the RAZR is kinda sexy, but I hear that there are still alot of problems people are having with the phone.

Now hold on.. everyones saying a razr is announced.. i called motorola and they said they have nothing comign out in razr form or a razr for vzw... god i hope they were lieing/wrong

They haven't technically announced the model, but CEO Ed Zander promised a CDMA RAZR for the U.S. at CTIA. I was there:

That would be my guess. Motorola still doesn't have a good enough relationship with Sprint to guarantee they would accept it, so I don't see them investing in developing a phone like that for Sprint. And smaller carriers like USCC don't have enough customers to justify the major effort Motorola is putting behind this phone. Trust me, they're devoting a lot of resources to getting it out ASAP. I think the only motivation for that would be if Verizon was the customer.
