I don't think I can wait. My current phone is rapidly degrading, and I've been eligible to upgrade for quite some time. Frankly, I'm pretty angry at both Verizon Corporate AND Apple for not making a 4G iPhone available by now. Corporate greed...just string us along. We'll accept it.

I wouldn't call it corportate greed when the 4g phones that are out have horrible battery life. It's more like product quality and assurance why would apple want to be like everyone else and release a phone with crap battery life? Call it Greed all you want but at the end of the day this 4g thing still has a lot of bugs in it and just because it is fast that does not mean squat. Apple has had enough problems in the past with it's phones and I sure they don't want another problem like the antenna gate problem. But here is the difference Motorola,Samsung LG and HTC all have crap phones on the new verizon 4g network with very bad battery life but if apple has one problem people will cry all day long and make complaints ? If you must know, Steve jobs refused to release another phone without 4G LTE and the device I listed above is what he had been cooking, however there was no way it would be done by the end of 2011. Who you should be mad at apple's new CEO, my sources say this iphone 4s was never supposed to be produced, well it was a year ago but was dismissed. This 4S includes the proposed specs for the iPhone 4, however they couldn't push out enough needed chips fast enough for the iphone 4 so we got what was cheap/easy. Apples new CEO thought it would be a wasted year not to release a phone in 2011 so he pulled the original iphone 4 design specs and said, "we can make this NOW, so lets do it and call it the 4s!"

I don't know if you mentioned this already and if you did I'm sorry but, i heard that the iPhone 5 will have a quad core processor as well. i also heard that all apple did with the 4s is add the better camera because Mr. jobs took the plans for the new 5 with him when he left and apple had to throw a phone together for the conference the other day to release.

The new iPhone will actually have a dual quad-core processer, and Steve didnt "take the plans" lol, it just won't be ready untill febuary. As I said all the listed specs for the iPhone 4s were slated for the iPhone 4 but do to manufacturing delays they had to go with what we got in the iPhone 4.

Where do you get your information? "Dual quad core?" That doesn't even make sense.

It's actually going to have a triple oct-core processor, and it will be able to break RSA encryption in 3.5 seconds. It can also tell you whether or not you need an umbrella!

I mixed that up, when I was advised they are testing the devcie with two quad core processors i took that as to be used in the devcie together, what that meant was to determine which ONE was better.
