Problems with my Razr Maxx
Phone is two days old and sound stopped working for no reason. I have done a factory reset and even downloaded and installed the software update ! The phone is set as loud as it goes. Anyone else has this problem ? Is there a fix or is just a DOA Phone?

The RAZR is a solid phone. I'm a Sprint man myself, but if I had Verizon, I'd definitely go Moto. The RF in those units is head & shoulders above any Apple iPhone.

Yeah because I have another on my main line and it works great I charge it every 2-3 days and it rocks! It seems like it has a short in it or bad connection because I thumped the back of the phone and it started working. But I will return it more than likely to get a new one!
