Early night minutes

Has anyone heard of night minutes starting at 8 PM instead of 9 on Verizon?. I do have that with sprint and want to switch over, would love to have early night minutes.

Verizon does not offer early minutes, they feel they are to good for that and dont need to, customers come knocking on their door without that feature, so, they dont need to offer it.
