Do you charge a upgrading fee when purchasing new equipment? Not at the point of sale as an existing customer. Any feedback would be great. Thanks

No the only thing VZW customers pay when upgrading equipment is the cost of the new equipment (one year pricing, two year pricing or full retail). There is nothing extra charged to the bill either. I never quite understood the ATT upgrade fee. it takes me literally three seconds to change an ESN and make the new phone active.
