Find out about new 4G service before signing a contract.

I think my city (Enumclaw) only has 4G service from Sprint. Per my cousin, this Fall a major consumer agency is coming to our area for their annual service testing. I assume that means that Verizon and AT&T be offering 4G service very soon? I think either would be better than Sprint buy maybe I’m wrong. Anyway to find out before I commit to a contract?

I would say that you DO have fourteen days from purchase to trial the device. I know that is not satisfying. I would say wait until Black Friday. Usually carriers give you more time to return the device. You will have to pay the restocking fee however in either case.
