I received my new replacement lg510 some time ago and just activated it on the acct does any one know the warranty time frame for the phone stability is great {better than my old one} but the ear volume is half of my old lg 510 any thoughts of what I should do

First off Verizon doesn't use Lock/Line, Only Sprint PCS does.. Verizon uses Asurion.. All replacement phones with Asurion have a 6 month warranty.. If you are having a problem with you replacment phone, contact Asurion, and ask to be transfered to Tech Support. Most likely the you will get another replacment.

As a matter of fact VZW does use lockline in certain states. In the south region where I work it's used in Alabama, Carolinas, Texas, & Tennessee.

Where I am they use Assurion, they made me send them back the bad phone first before they would even send a replacement. Solution I bought a new phone, being in the service business I am out of business without one.

HINT, HINT... make sure you don't scratch your phone and the stores have to honor the 12 month warranty that comes with the replacement whether its new or refurbished.
