I have heard that VZW phones do not allow for the sending of pics to another phone directly without a seperate fee (besides air time) but I have also heard that if you do not sign up for a service they will charge you $0.25 for each pic you send. A text message with a web link will be sent to the email address of the recipient and they can view the picture and download it / print it for free.

Can they view it on their cell phone If VZW customer and if they are another carrier?

What are the charges for sending / recieving video clips?

You can send pix to Cingular and US Cellular phones that have a camera. If the other person doesn't have a compatible phone, they will revieve the web link to go to. It will cost you .25 either way. Video messages are pretty much the same but I don't know if you can send them to other carriers. It will also take longer to send, since it's a video.
