Internet not working on PDA anymore when BToothed to V710
I have had my V710 since last August and have been browsing the internet on my Dell Axim X30 PDA Pocket PC. I have been using the #777 in DUN over bluetooth. Never had a glitch.
Now I am having issues. I can connect to VZW's #777 fine (the connection icon on my PPC turns green and shows I am connected with Packet Data). But when I launch my PPC IE Browser, i keep getting an error "The page you are looking for cannot be found". So I connect to VZW but cant browse any webpages! Did Verizon disable browsing from DUN?
Have they disabled DNS? Is there a proxy to now browse through?

According to this chart you can use the V710 to access the 1XRTT netowrk using Bluetooth. Not sure what would be causing that to change now. May want to contact tech support.

I have a 710 and a zire 72S and have used the blue tooth to use the phone as a modem and versa mail as a method to get me mail. I just went to the blue tooth page and hit conect to isp and went to versa mail and got mail. Verizon had to switch out my phone and I have connectivity to the head set and to the the pda but the pda won'd dial anymore. It use to do everything i would just wait and done. Now i have a connection blue tooth to the pda but can't go any further with out a error. Can anyone help?

According to the chart the is straight from vzw.com, you should be able to. They added that ability with a software update. I would take the phone back to the store to have them update the software.

Updating software will cripple your ability to transfer from card to phone, if that makes a difference to you.
