I assume you mean the Motorola flip phone with that model number.
You can enter an email address instead of a phone number, you just need to switch input methods from numbers to letters and symbols. Just enter your email address ([email protected]). To make it easier to send multiple pictures, I would create a contact with just the email address (no number), so you can use that every time instead of rotating through letters and symbols.

If I remember correctly, it should be the left option button. Those are the two buttons that correspond to an option at the bottom of the screen. While in the phone number field, you should be seeing a "123," which will change modes when you press that button. It MAY be the other side, too.
