having dropped calls...please help
I just got the E815...I am havign calls dropped often, but only in my office, everywhere else i have no problem. The thing is, I have full bars in my office, is this a phone thing or a verizon thing?

Signal usually has a problem transmitting in buildings and just by the nature of what you’re explaining to the board, it shows that the concept is true.
The 2nd part, which you mentioned that you have full bars and you are having dropped calls? In general, it would possibly be the phone because as you know the phone transmits back and forth from the tower, but I believe this is a different case. Because of that, it wouldn’t be the phone with what you have been describing, because it works in other areas, but not so well in your building. Therefore, if it just happens in your area I believe it is the tower there and perhaps it’s getting overloaded when you’re on the tower (i.e. calling).
