It is $189.99 BUT they charge activation fees in addition to it

Activation fees are not charged for InPulse if you go to VZW corporate location. Just another reason to stay away from an indirect dealer.

Couldn't be further from the truth. The phone is $189.99 and comes with $50 of airtime.
