Best no BS tri-mode phone?

Been shopping for a new Verizon phone since my NE2 upgrade cycle just kicked in, and my LG4400 is looking a bit weary. It was never a good performer anyway, very poor in fringe digital areas and next to useless on analog.

Since I always use a headset the availability of Bluetooth was appealing, so I tried a Motorola V710 with their HS850 headset for a few days. Not a good experience, the headset just simply doesn't have the audio quality I need. The phone itself was a big leap forward in terms of reception but it wouldn't communicate with my Tungsten T2 PDA and neither would the headset, making the BT features worthless.

It was also my first camera phone. Being a professional photographer I thought it might be fun or useful. Now ...

Don't waste your time, or money on the V65P just because it's a tri-mode. VZW is doing away with analog within a yr, so it really doesn't matter. Analog is dead and doesn't count for very much of the vzw footprint (ext network or otherwise). That said, if you want a good basic tri-mode with decent reception, get a Samsung A650.
