Billing date

aloha

Besides calling and bothering a rep how do I know when my billing date is. I may be calling it the wrong thing but I mean the date that my minutes start and end each month. On the web it says bill date 21 Jun. Does that mean that my minutes run from the 21st thru the 20th of each.

Thanks to any who answer.

22nd thru 21st. The billing date is the last day of your month.

The best way to check when your mins start over is to look at your bill. On the page that displays your monthly charges for your particular Mobile telephone number, it will list it as CURRENT CALLING PLAN. The dates listed underneath would be your billing cycle. So if your plan starts let say--07/21/2005 to 08/20/05...Your bill cycle would be the 20th and your minutes would start over every month on the 21rst. But if you need more clarification, feel free to call CS, more then happy to give you that information and any other information you might need. Hope this helps!! 🙂
