How the forthcoming Samsung 970 will stack up against the 8100 and 815?

Does Samsung generally have better quality control and on the whole puts out better phones than LG and Motorola?

Anything is possible but I presume the hope is that what we just saw with the release of the 8100 and 815 - will not be repeated with the 970 - can anyone comment on that?

Phonescoop states a 3rd quarter release - can anyone on the inside confirm that the phone will likely be released prior to 9/30/05?

Thanks
