Does anyone have an idea of the new phones that are on the horizon? I have the lg6000 and i love it but it is getting to the point i need to upgrade. I cant stand how verizon is introducing new phones that are soooo big! I was in my car the other day and my buddy was like "dude, is that a laptop?" reffering to how big my 6000 is. I dont think it is that big but there is nothing out there that is a quality phone and small. Give me the slider remix or something but damn, the LG 8100 is huge!!
Any info is appreciated.

if you think the 8100 is huge, I am laughing right now 🤣 , what do you want, a credit card size phone....I have looked at the 8100, and it is not huge.

People want the phone to get smaller and smaller for some reason. Eventually we'd have the phone in Zoolander. Then people would complain the screen is too small, or the battery doesn't last, or god forbid it doens't have BT, Speakerphone, Sattelite Interface, Data Cable, 90 Megapixel camera, and 160 GB of storage with an MP3 player.
Are people trying to smuggle the phone across a border in their rectum? I mean, if so, I can understand wanting a small phone. Otherwise I'd rather have one that works well and I can find it if I misplace it.

Thanks for your input but if you look at my question i was asking if you knew of any phones coming out in the future that were small. My question wasnt if YOU wanted one that was small. To each his own, i guess, but what your saying is that you would rather go back 10 years and have a monster phone that could be a video camera, tv, computer and a phone as long as it worked great. I am of the opinion that as technology improves they can fit more into less.
And yes i do feel that the 8100 is huge. And for god sakes it's f***ing blue.

My sarcasm is lost on the internet. If I could have a brick phone that guaranteed service anywhere in the US, I'd be all over it.

Then here is a question. What features do you want to lose by making the phone smaller? I for one do not want to lose battery power, I want as much battery power I can get, and the smaller the phone is, the less battery power you will get, there is no way around that. I agree, we can lose some options, camera is not a must, mp3 players is not a must, I would vote to lose those options.
But, the 8100 in my opinion is not huge. I can go back in time and find some huge phones if you would like, in my opinion, phones have come a long ways in size wise. If you read in another forum, the motorola razor is suppose to be coming out for verizon, so, just wait for that.

A670 Samsung? If you don't need VCast and stuff like that. It's what I have/ Laggs a little but service is great!

ohh you know how guys are... they want everything big except their cell phone. The size of the 6000 is what most phone are. The RAZR is thin, but wide. I think the 8100 is a perfect size.. and I'm not a size queen.
