I am on a two-year family plan with three lines and 1000 minutes at the present time. If I add another line will I have to change to the new pricing at 1400 minutes or can I keep the plan I have. Also can I add the new line for only a 1-year contract so they will all expire at the same time?

You'll need to upgrade to the new pricing, but overall, it might be bette for you.

Also, you can add a third line with only a 1 yr contract, but you won't be able to get the 2 yr pricing on a new phone for that line, you'll need to pay the 1 yr price.

Ummmm, You CAN keep your old pricing as it is grandfathered. I work at a store and do it all of the time! So yea you can keep your 1000 min and add a line on a 1 yr contract at the 1 yr price.

Sorry, I read the original post wrong. You're right! You can keep your current pricing.

But don't be afraid to look at the new plans. Let the rep do an analysis of how many minutes you use on a monthly basis. The rep may suggest a new plan with more/less minutes that will better fit your usage and possibly save you money.

😎
All is good...that is also a good point. If you are adding a line it is a good idea to have a rep make sure that adding a line won't deplete your 1000 minutes. The 1400 min plan is good. You are getting 400 more min for $10 more and still getting the great deal of $9.99 to add a line. FYI...a 1yr contract will also have a one time activation fee of $35
