Help with download from Sony Music Box
Hey can someone help me?! I have downloaded 2 backgrounds from Sony Music Box to use on my LG 8100 and I cannot find them anywhere! I have looked in my gallery my inbox and it's not there. It has taken from my credits and when I try to redownload them it says that the picture is already on my phone. Anyone know what to do???

Call verizon and get your credit. Say it didn't download to your phone. I had that happen on one of my older phones. If a rep gives you a hard time. Call back and speak to someone else.

I did end up getting a credit for them but I still can't get the background I wanted. I didn't know if there was somewhere else they downloaded from GIN or if mine just didn't work for some reason.
