Heard they're trying to get it out in time for Christmas, and that it has a better camera than the one on the GSM RAZR. Other than that, you got me.

Wireless Imports has it right now for $2,500 and yes, crippled Bluetooth.

It's also known as the V3c and is due out in February or March, 2006.
