2. When they're good & ready? That's been the experience in the past. Testing, testing, testing is the usual excuse.

48 phones??? I've never seen them offer more than about 12-15 phones, at any given time...Although, I too was hoping to wait and get a new phone from them soon, instead they tried to bully me into a phone now, and I told them to stick their service completely. After almost 2 years with them, at at least $100 a month...They really appreciated my service...I suggest if you have an alternate to Verizon, or are not currently with them you choose another cellular provider, as their customer care is severely lacking...Jimmerz
