lost my phone, can i use my old Audiovox CDM-9100?

Does any1 know if the verizon network stil supports this phone: Audiovox CDM-9100?

I lost my phone and need to to have one asap.
my contract is only 8 months old so i can not opt for early upgrade.

FCC regulation that 95% of all wireless phones must be e911 compliant by 2006. Due to this regulation, Verizon will not be able to activate a phone without this feature.
