question on commition
is there a diff in commition to a sales from between brand new verizon customers who sign up for verizon and start from nothing vs. an existing verizon customer past their 2 year contract who wants to sign a new contract?

Depends who you work for.As a agent of Verizon I get paid at least 42.50 for a 34.99-39.00 plan.And of course the higher the package the more money.I top out at 80.00 per phone ,with shareplans after the primary is 15.00 bucks per,same with upgrades.I work str8 commission.And do well been here 6 1/2 years

As far as the commission the store receives, yes. There is a great difference. It actually just got wider as of September 1st.
