Isnt it irritating to see so many reps wasting their ****ing time whining about their jobs and the company they work for, not to mention PHONES!!!!???

its irritating to deal with 100 of you every day. whiny spoiled children who think they are entitled to anything they desire because they spend 70 bucks a month and dont pay their bill on time. sort your life out loser.

I'm a rep myself and I find it amusing that it bothers you when customers complain about a bill...they ****ing pay their bill, you get paid, simple as that. "THE CUSTOMER IS'NT ALWAYS RIGHT, BUT THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN"

u sure ur a rep? i thought reading was a required prerequisite? can u read? u obviously didnt read my post. i didnt mention custs complaining about their bill.

either way, if a customer calls in and complains and even wants something for free, it is YOUR job to tell the customer what they can and can not do. It is YOUR job to take care of the customers, and the day you find it irritating to put up with them, then maybe the day has come for you to find other work.

I used to work in the retail section, and I know what it is like, and when the day comes it is a pain to put up with the customers, you need to find alternate employment. Bottom line, the customer is paying your paycheck, and if they did not call in, even for stupid reasons, do you think verizon would pay you to sit there at the phones. Think of it as job security.

I don't get it... We can't blow off steam with other people who know exactly what we are talking about? How many customers do you know of that say they are going to tell all their friends about how vzw screwed them? Does the same rule apply to them? It isn't about sorting your life out. It's about sharring stories and getting a kick out of it when you find out that other people have the same stuff happen to them. If I was with a group of my friends and was talking about today just being one of those days and you rolled up with that mouth of yours I would be sure to make sure you kept your one dementional opinion to yourself. If you do work for vzw you would understand.. unless your just one of those clock in and out guys who just does his jo...
