I Puke when I hear the name Cingular is a bit extreme. I am not saying Cingular is perfect. I work there everyday I know better. I do think Cingular has gotten a bad rap in customer service. Customer service is tough enough u add TDMA to GSM conversion and billing issues as a result of changes of technology. Cingular customer service has had a tougher job than most carriers.
