Online Call Dispute

Is there a way to dispute 2 or 3 calls on my latest statement via the online portal? Or do I have to deal w/ a live CSR?

You would have to "deal" w/ a csr. It also depends on what type of calls you are disputing and what you were charged for. I'm a csr rep at verizon if you need assistance.
