What amazes me is how little some Cingular reps get paid. I've seen starting wages of just over half what VZ noobs get. Do you expect to get quality people to stay with a company - any company - when they in many cases could make more working at Office Depot or even high-end fast food? Forget about other cell phone carriers for a second; reps who make eight dollars an hour are going to be crap no matter where they are.
