Simple question
Just wondering if anyone has yet to figure out how to stop the VZW logo from flashing on the outer screen of the 8900. The logo on the main screen dosnt bother me but the outer one is kinda annoying.

Its all part of the ERI banner. It's supposed to say "VzW" to let you know that you are not accruing roaming charges.
I know that seems silly considering that there is a triangle at the top of the screen that is supposed to denote this, but then again, the average cell phone user is not intelligent, or at least attentive to the small symbol. The company has to sell to the least common denominator, which is sad for the educated users like us in these forums.
