The Nokia 6256i
I heard this morning from a reputable source that the Nokia 6256i is supposed to be available on Verizon late next week or early the week after that. I would love to hear from those who have some technical knowledge whether I should be considering other handsets to replace an Audiovox 9500 I've been using for close to three years. Thanks!

I hope your "source" knows what he or she is talking about. I been waiting and waiting for it! Did you hear Verizon was going to carry it or Best Buy? I don't have any technical knowledge on the phone I just need a tri-mode and have been reading review on the 6155 which is the same phone. Nokia is known for having great reception phones with great battery life.

Are you thinking of the 6255, not the 6155? That's the phone the 6256i is based on.
