EROES question.. anyone else?
Is anyone else having trouble with EROES when doing upgrades or priceplan changes? All the features will be correct and then the feature validate screen comes up and it has Unlimited Nights & Weekends and Unlimited Incalling rejected. This seems like a huge problem. If you don't pay attention those feature don't get added. You have to click accept so they'll get on the account.

Yeah, same problem here, I think it double ups on the features, I have seen it do the same to V Mail, text messaging, In calling , N& WE.
I have also been having problems with the new "Feature Change" option in account info. When trying to add a feature it always comes back "failed" but then I check the account and the feature has been added, Don't know, guess it's just bugs that need to worked out.
