I think someone needs a pair of kneepads, so he can service whoever this Mike is. Give credit to Mike for customer service though.

I met Mike in the bathroom. He helped me pay off my college loans and learn more about moisturizing! Oh wait - that was Mark. I get these customer service reps confused! 😁
