Good time to be a Verizon customer(with so many great new phones)

They finally replaced the 650 with the 630 and the 670 with the 850 which are both sooo sick looking. The 950 is so amazing it makes me wish I could sign up all over again. the 9800 makes my 8100 want to shrivel up and cower in a corner. And with the RAZR just on the horizon I don't see how anyone could complain about Verizon's phone lineup. AMAZING, purely and simply amazing. But can the keep it up?

Does anyone happen to know about talk and standby time on the RAZR? With a phone that thin, unless the battery is, at the very least, a high-cap LiIon or something better, I can't imagine using that phone all day without charging it periodically. Inquiring minds want to know!!!

I have the RAZR for Cingular and the battery life is amazing. I can use it for an entire weekend without having to charge it. Hopefully the VZW version is the same way.

Is it a LiIon battery? Or is it something else?

Yep, sounds good. Now, my question is, is GSM more efficient with battery power than CDMA? Or is there no difference? The V3 is using a LiIon battery of less than an amp, which is fine as long as the Verizon version performs equally. Otherwise, I can tell you I'll need something else with longer capacity.

CDMA tends to use more battery power....especially with EVDO being on the phone too. I am sure this has been addressed. Motorola's 1100 mAh LiIon battery in the e815 is pretty thin. The one for the RAZR will be fine.

There is no extended battery available for the GSM RAZR, so I wouldn't think there will be one for the CDMA RAZR.
