NE2 Question.

I will be eligible for NE2 in December. My question is - will i get the online discount (assuming i purchase online) as well as my $100 NE2 credit on a new phone? For instance, the E815 is $149 with a $50 online discount, would my final price be $50 or $0?

Thanks

Yes you receive the NE2 credit as well as all promotions. The 815 is a good choice

I kinda like the 8100 but I have reservations about it. You can only move items from the card to phone, no option to copy. You need to place the items (pics, midi's) in their repective folders on the cards or it won't be read (the 815 you can just have them in the root directory). You also cant send the midi's to you phone in a pix message to save them as ringtones. On the flip-side, you have more memory capacity (up to 1gb on the mini-sd) and you have the buttons on the front. again on the flip-flip-side, samsung just came out with a trans-flash phone that has play buttons on the front of it. same probs as the 8100 though... I guess it's what you want on your phone, more options or better storage. unless there's something i don't know

Not 100% true, in some areas you can not use the NE2 on-line with "my account". Again, in some areas. If NE2 on-line is not in your area you will still get the phone at that price but discount structure will be a little different.

Using the 149.99 2yr promo price and the $50.00 rebate as your example. The rebate would be a MIR Vs instant. The phone would be discounted by $99.99 giving you a billed amount of $50.00 and you would recevie the MIR for $50.00. Having to pay the $50.00 up front
