Just because it has been renewes doesn't mean that's all there will be. Come November or December there will probably be some kind of overlay for the Holidays.

We do NOT need the 500 minute plan back. They ran the numbers of all the customers and the average usage is 600 per month. What we need is a way for customers to chose their night minutes starting time. I say offer them $5 per hour. In other words $5 for nights at 8, $10 for nights at 7, and so on. That would sell.

Did you hear that (who is it, Spring? Alltel?) are making their night time 6pm! This goes back to the theory of offering everything you can and looking pathetically desperate when all Verizon does it sit back and enjoy their 9pm and not budge. THAT, my friend, is confidence.

P.S. Are they taking themselves for granted? I guess we can only wait and see.

I hope your proud of that confidence because in the end what do you get? 9 PM. I find it odd that people can be proud of a company that charges more and offers less in terms of their plan. Worse, people still cling on to the network reliability thing as other companies offer more and Verizon is offering less. How much are you willing to pay for network reliability before it becomes to much?

FYI, I'm a Verizon and Sprint customer.

you all talk about how bad a company is, if it was that bad why are they still adding the numbers they do today and still have a large customer base. I have to say it must work and if Verizon was so good as you say, then they should have no churn at all...

In this industry, we do not need opinions we just need facts and for some one to say Verizon is the best, thats a fact cause if it was true Verizon would say it in their commercials but they can not say it and do you know why? Its because its not a proven fact yet cause if it was, then they would be allowed to taunt...

Fewest dropped calls, most reliable network, both facts, both stated in advertisments, both claims supported by many, many INDEPENDENT sources such as Consumer Reports, Wall Street Journal, New Times, Washington Post, Boston Globe and the list goes on..............

Lets think logically, VZW sets a record for adds in a quarter 2Q05 and is predicted my wall street to possible break that record 3Q05, or at least come close. And you think that VZW should lower there minimum plan by $10.00/ month. Where is the sense in that statement??? We should think before we speak (or type)!!!

Oh yeah O forgot that the only carrier who can even come close to VZW in coverage I(Cingular) actually mimmicked VZW's plans, Ditching there $15.00 add a line promotion after only about 6 or 8 weeks.

That's a bummer. I was really hoping the 500 min plan would return so all the cheap-ass deadbeats I talk to all day long would shut the ever loving f**k up. Oh well, maybe in January. Hell, maybe by January I won't have to talk to them any more! Now THAT would be a dream come true.
