Here's a laugher!

Someone in NY is selling the Nokia 6256i, made for Verizon, on eBay right now! I just found out that until Verizon approves its use, the ESN cannot be registered. The buy-it-now price is just under $400, and I have a sense that whomever is selling it on eBay must work for the company. But consider the price point. Is it inflated because of the rarity? Or could it be that is a realistic retail price?

Hmmmm...

I sure hope this thing gets wrapped up already. I just spoke to Verizon a little while ago about a question I had regarding my bill, and they're telling me the only Nokia that is coming on with them in the forseeable future is the 2128i, and they couldn't even tell me when at this point. No word from V...

psh, they're not going to tell you that...even if they KNOW. The chic at the retail store chuckled, looked at her coworkers and said, "look on the Internet", when I mentioned Nokias. I live in NE Ohio, so some places might get theirs before others, too. All I can say is just keep checkin the posts.
