So, I am one of the few that actually *likes* my V710 - it gets great reception, and it has all the features I want with the exception of the bluetooth being useless. But obviously there are issues with it and -duh- who wouldn't jump at the #3 option to get a new phone.

So I am guessing, based on the things I've read, that the E815 is probably going to be the one I want if I really did like the V710 aside from the problems, yeah?

And has anyone been successful in just going into the store ahead of the settlement and exchanging now? I'd rather just get it over with, but I guess if I can't, I can't.

How long is it supposed to take to get whatever paperwork we need to do the exchange?
