You do realize that it is going to have a 1.3MP camera AND EVDO, right??? And it will be MUCH thinner than any other EVDO phone on the market. $499 with a 2 year being released in the middle of the holiday season sounds EXACTLY right for this phone.

$299 with a 2 yr, tops. Can't see anyone but the crazies snappin' it up if they're asking for the $499 bling. MAYBE they could go a lil' bit over 299 if they were plannin' to drop da price right after Xmas.

Don't believe it as much as you want....you will see when it is released. Do you honestly think that Cingular is going to sell the RAZR2 for any less than $499 before the holidays???
I am sure they will drop the price after the new year, but c'mon. It's business. It is a product that is in HIGH demand, and people will pay a premium to get it. Why not make all the profit you can?

Yeah, I do. 'Cus they're sellin' the RAZR1 right now for $199 with a 2 yr, so I couldn't see spendin' 300 more than that on the RAZR2, unless it wuz so vastly improved that it made me mixed drinks and gave me a back rub at the same time.
