Hi I just got a VX-9800 for 349 plus a 50 dollar mail in rebate. I have been a customer for nearly three years so I am eligible for the New Every Two would that mean I was supposed to get an additional $100 dollars off or was the pricing right? Thanks for your help.

I believe you need to sign a new 2-yr. contract to qualify for the discount. Looks like you paid retail for the phone, so I'm guessing you didn't sign a new contract.

what might have happened was that you were on one year contracts before this one and you only qualified for one year or two year promo pricing and yes you paid the two year pricing for the phone the full price for the phone is 469.99 so yeah you did get a break on the price of the phone.
