Leaving Alltel and joining "IN" with the Big Red V

Man I can not tell you how upset I am right now with Alltel's retail store. Their CSR is awesome but there is a retail store where I am located and a rep there has a thing out for me. I am an indirect Alltel store and this guy I guess is cahllenged that I know more then he does and he will do anything to make me look bad or upset me. I have a personal account with Alltel as well as a business/employee line. Well I go pull up to the store this pas Sunday to get a firmware/software update on my Nokia 6255i. Mind you this software has been out for about a month or more now so every Alltel should have it.

I guess he sees me pulling in as they know me there and he goes in the back in stays there for a good 5 - 10 mins. when he walks out I kin...

Geez that sucks bro. That Alltel rep sounds like a hater. I've never understood peeps like dat. He must really hate his job or his life or somethin'.

He really hates me with a passion, he knows my voice and when I called to say I was drooping my V710 off for a software update, he told me to not do it as it takes 2 hours to do a software update and he was about to close in about 2 hours...lol it takes about 8 - 15 mins to do a software update.

Maybe he's just insecure. I know somebody like dat where I work. Just a total ***hole, but everyone put up wit' him insteada ho' slappin' him like he deserves 'cus he's the first guy to go runnin' to the boss cryin' when anythin' bad is said to 'im.

He's basically the official office b****.

I know we're just on here "shootin' da' sh*t" as you put it in an earlier thread, but can you please type in english so we don't have to decipher your "street talk"? It makes your comments/answers non-credible. And no, I'm not "hatin" as you say, just annoyed.

It's not any sort of CS because I am not an employee of Verizon or any other carrier for that matter, actually not an employee anywhere as I am a stay-at-home Mom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know this isn't the lounge, this is a business forum. So it would be nice if you were to act as if you had taken an english class or two. What is the point of typing in that way. You can't help any customers talking that way. So if you aren't trying to help customers, potential new customers, then what is the point of you ...

Don' bug, DP. 'Whitebread channel' ain't really a racial comment. I know plenty o' educated Latinos and blacks who talk that way too. Its mo' a way of talkin' than anything else.

Oh, n' you might not know, but 'the King's English' is an expression meanin' strict or 'proper' English. I scope that we got a President, but no one ever uses the term 'the President's English', dig?

I think you're a pain in the a**.
Why is it that people think they will get great cust service in a selling eviroment. Retail Reps are there to SELL. Plain and simple.
You will be treated the same way in a VZW store. At least I would.

lol you are so dumb to think I am a pain. What in my story was it that made me seem like I was bothering this guy? All I asked for was a simple problem solved which I did but had to travel 30 mins away. He was alone and no other customer was in the store so how was I bothering him? I am a customer first then I am a agent, but when I come in for help on my personal line, I expect that. You say I would be treated the same way in a Verizon store, if not you would? Does that mean you are more of a pain?
