Last I heard was like a week from now, Nov 13 or 14.
But they've blown through so many release dates with that thang. If it goes past Thanksgivin', they'll miss a key chunk of the holiday buyin' season, an' Nokia will lose money an' be pissed off at Verizon.

According to my Nokia contact, the 6256i should be in Radio Shacks and Best Buys sometime this week, and in the Verizon retail agents shortly thereafter. That was as of last night. Believe it when you see it!
Ntelos in central Virginia is already selling the Nokia 6235i, a bar phone with a camera and video capabilities. I would guess the 6236i is the Verizon version of same. Response since we brought it on ten days ago has been favorable. Information about it is available at the Nokia site, I would guess, as well as at www.ntelos.com.
