Bluetooth help

I just bought a new Lexus is250 and I cannot get my treo 650 to work with it. I have an lg vx8100 and I have gotten that phone to work with the cars bluetooth. The treo 650 will read the cars serial number for the bluetooth, but the car won't read the treo. Does anyone have any suggestions or am I just out of luck or doing something wrong. Please help!

Verizon crippled the Bluetooth on the Treo. The car kit patch was only issued by Sprint after customers complained. Here are the pairing instructions for the Lexus, but don't look for any Verizon phones here:
