Training never ends. I learn something new everyday. My training starts all over when they download stupid f***ing enhancements to our systems.

Whether you're going into sales, or customer service you're official training is for two weeks. then if you're in sales, you'll shadow someone for a while to learn the ropes. the two weeks is basic customer interaction, but mostly systems training and policies. not as bad as it sounds... IF youre in sales, you wont have a quota for the first three months so you can get your feet wet( but you still get paid your commission) Man i Love my job... 😎
