Adding a line w/ a Nokia phone?
I just switched over to Verizon from Cingular, i currently have a Moto V715 and an Onstar account, i want to add a line for my wife and want the Nokia 6256i. It's available at Radio Shack but they told me only on new account? I just opened an account and need to add my wife to the account. Any suggestions on what to do?

Wait 'til next week, by then you should be able to get the 6256i at Best Buy and/or at Radio Shack w/out a new account.

The phone is the same at RS, Best Buy, and wherever else and I am sure it carries the same warranty...
How do they handle contract terms? I purchased the phone when i opened my account and signed a 1 yr contract. Will they require me to sign a two on my second phone?

They have a one year if you'd like. The thing is, if you've been with them for like 8yrs on one year contracts, you're wasting that 100$ credit every two years. Get a phone and make sure you have insurance... If something goes wrong, take it to the store. Worse comes to worse if they can't fix it... YOU"VE GOT INSURANCE. simple. all phones have a one year warranty, but you can get the TOTAL EQUIPMENT COVERAGE and it warranties your phone for the 2 yrs. if you lose it or break it, fall back on the ins. the deductible is 50 bucks no matter what... hope that helps. đ
