Verizon and voice mail
Anybody know why Verizon told me they could not change how many times my phone would ring before my voicemail kicks in??

after you check your voicemail it will give you an option "personal features" I believe that is where you can change that.

Thanks for the tip but I listened to all of the options and I didn't hear anything about changing # of rings....Am I missing it somewhere??? Thanks again
