Ok, I've never had a call make me so angry as the one that I had as my last call on this lovely Friday afternoon. What a great way to start my weekend. A woman called claiming we do an immense amount of false advertising because we say Verizon to Verizon is free (assuming she was referring to IN calling). She didn't even have a wireless account with us in her name, and wanted me to rework 3 years worth of invoices as if she had the IN calling feature. She was on a Consumer Value Plan!! And of course, no matter how much I tried to explain, she didn't understand. She goes over her minutes almost every month, and she was out of contract!! She continued to argue with me, and when I finally told her that we were not getting anywhere, she wouldn't...

Sounds like the lady that I had to day asking about In calling and Roaming. She is on a $15/mo Local Digital Plan for 25 minutes. What the hell? She worried about going over? LOL!!

LOL...yeah after it's all said and done, I can't help but laugh. I truly wonder if I would be saying the same thing if I didn't work for Verizon Wireless and understand how everything works. I have my blonde moments.

Some people just don't get it. I've been told to read the fine print since my teenage years and it's an invaluable lesson that some people must miss. Marketing is designed to get your attention, but all the information is there for the consumer to see or follow up on.
Don't let her get to you.
